Da merkt man mal wieder ganz deutlich, dass die Welt von Köln praktisch keine Ahnung hat. Fehler: In Köln heißt das nicht Kriminalität, sondern Klüngel, oder auch Karneval, je nach dem. Wäre ja fast lustig, wenn es nicht so traurig wäre.
Daneben ist der Rechtschreibfehler natürlich zu vernachlässigen.
